The 2015 edition of the International conference on Quantum Fluid Clusters, QFC2015, is scheduled from Sunday, June 7th (afternoon) to Thursday, June 11th (morning) 2015 at the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.

The conference will particularly focus on fundamental properties of and microsolvation in quantum fluid clusters and on new frontiers of spectroscopy on dopant species in/on helium droplets.

The conference will also feature 18 contributed talks. Contributed talks will be selected based on submitted abstracts. The deadline for submitting an abstract for a contributed talk is April 30, 2015.

There will also be 2 poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings with a buffet dinner to foster a lively debate among the participants. The poster session will be preceded by a Poster flash presentation session. The registration deadline for poster presentation is April 30, 2015.

You and your collaborators/students are most welcome to participate. . Please submit an abstract and/or register using the Submission and/or Registration link under “My Space” on the left (you will have to create an account the first time).

There is no registration fee. In order to encourage the participation of young researchers (PhD students, postdocs), some fellowships will be allocated (amount and number will depend on funding success). Please apply at the registration step.

You will have to make your own hotel room reservation. Please use the Accommodation link for a list of recommendations. The campus is easily accessible from the city center using the metro line B (about 20 minutes ride).

A buffet dinner will be organized for the 2 posters sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and a conference dinner on Wednesday evening. Participants will organize their other meals. There will be the possibility to have lunch on campus.

There will be some free time in the early afternoons for informal discussions. Visits of the laboratories of the University Paul Sabatier will be organized if people are interested.
