During the 2nd poster session on June 9th the selection committee composed of J. P. Toennies, A. Viel, and M. Lewerenz decided to award three posters: Bruno Langbehn receives a 1st prize, and the posters presented by Lars Christiansen and jointly by Benjamin Shepperson and Anders A. Sondergaard receive two 2nd prizes ex aequo.
On Wednesday, June 10th, Professor Peter Toennies was awarded the Golden Medal of the City of Toulouse from the hands of François Chollet, Deputy Mayor and in the presence of François Demangeot, vice president of research of Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse.
